George Gray, CSW, is an Assistant Professor of Social Work for the Marilyn Younger Conley School of Social Work at Brescia University. He earned his MSSW at the University of Louisville's Kent School of Social Work, and he worked in community mental health prior to teaching. His favorite classes are policy and macro practice, and he is involved with a community group focused on teaching nonviolence.
Ann M. Callahan, PhD, LCSW, is a professor and founding director of the Master of Social Work program at Eastern Kentucky University. She has a PhD in social work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a license in clinical social work. Dr. Callahan has over 20 years of experience as a social work practitioner, teacher, and researcher. Her research focuses on spiritually sensitive social work in hospice, palliative, and long-term care. This includes the book Spirituality and Hospice Social Work, published by Columbia University Press.
